Depending on the time sent, she could've either be doing that activity then, or she fell asleep, or worse off, just be talking to you for attention.. We're going to assume interest still here, though. The how are you pattern can work here potentially, but you haven't been out with her yet, so next date doesn't exactly make sense. Obviously, logistics are a crucial point here, so waiting a while then doing a takeaway (which would be ideal) is sort of a grey area considering she's just visiting. I might get a little playful instead and say something like "All that talk last night and no action... " pin the escalation on her. Make it seem like she was the one who escalated then got cold feet
