I would maybe just plow here a bit a say, "Take x night off (whatever x night works for you) of homework and get the hot tub jets running." Don't back down here, just move it towards getting together once again. In a different situation I'd offer a different line, but again, logistics are your number one enemy right now since she's not local to you.
