Also I don’t like the “I’d definitely be a bad influence on you line.” If thats the case then why would she want to go out with you if she has any self respect. I would have gone with: “I’ll be the judge of that”
Because i already tried to soft close but left on read, and i wanted to see suggestions on what i could have done differently, to not make the same mistake
