You can say “What would you like to know 😏” and depending on her response you can say something like “I run a business, but enjoy traveling, going to the gym, reading and various kinky activities. Just missing a little Deah in my life”

There is this funny line I use when asked that: "I am great at "insert something here", prepare mean martinis and look fantastic in a tuxedo". It almost guarantees she will laugh with it in a good way :)
