I went out with a girl twice and we laid after the second date. I was aiming to see her before leaving for a one month trip but we couldn’t set a date. I never texted her back and neither she texted me after. Is it dead after two months or is it possible to reengage?

Generally if you know you'll be back to that city, try to keep in brief contact. Maybe send her a cool pic of your trip like midway through. Don't go overboard, but don't let it go completely cold either
