Maybe you can just engage in some dialog with her here and get some investment from her. E.g., "What trouble have you been causing lately?" or "Are you living here in XXX?" or "How's your Sunday funday going?" etc... Get some dialog, then soft close, then hard close. Just my thoughts, I'm not an expert.
