Maybe with the right lighting. Try again but first experiment with how to correctly flex and pose to maximize your cuts, you could also get a pump in before taking the picture i.e. working out. I don't do it but dehydrating yourself for a day or two should give you extra vein action. Look into taking L-Citrulline daily for added blood flow to look better. I can tell you're probably new to working out or at least the type of working out geared towards pure muscle size growth. You have tons of newbie gains in store to tap into, just find the right resources on youtube on how to build muscle. If you're trying to cut down to sub 10% body fat I can help you with that as well.
Thanks, man. Do you have a muscle-building program you'd recommend for someone my level? Also any recommendations for cutting down while keeping muscle would be appreciated. I'm following a basic routine and eating about 1g/lb of protein per day rn.
Nah just start lifting you don't don't need to worry about all the specifics. Just look up how to lift weights for muscle growth and choose some exercises that you're able to do. To cut while not losing muscle mass you can't be in too much of a caloric deficit. I'd say no more than 300-400 calories a day for lean guys like us. Also you have to keep your protein higher than usual. I'd say aim for 0.6-0.7 g/lb of bw. If you've never dieted before you will suffer it helps to eat low calorie dense foods like fruits and vegetables they will fill your stomach while not making you gain weight. Eat watermelon, apples, strawberries, oatmeal, and cook a dish with vegetables in the evening you'll be good to go
