What’s your approach in dealing with the “you’re too young” frame? How do I reframe this to bypass that so she doesn’t feel like she’s hooking up with a kid? I’m of age but I do look quite young,

It's usually just a concern and you should exaggerate it a little to pass it like a shit test. "It's okay, you can be my sugar momma" or "Are you insecure about how old you are?"
Or the easiest would be to just ignore it and keep talking to build more value through your verbals that the age would not be a concern anymore
