It’s a bit of a “I know you are but what am I” type of comeback- classic elementary school reply to an insult. Doesn’t need to make complete sense, plus you’ve got her in a playful mindset so flipping it on her would just be fun. “Hey I hope you don’t think that I am either 😉” and then keep it flirty could work too
