She explicitly said she loved that you are dominant, then she said she wants some strong man to make her sub, and that you tried to qualify yourself by saying "I can be both".
I would go with a Gosling meme, because you are distancing yourself from your previous dialogue. Don't f*ck this up by not being dominant in bed if she will come over.

I don't think it was a shit test per se, she might genuinely think that, but that's because nobody prior couldn't wow her in bed as a dom.
We all know women biology. If you put that you're a dom in your bio you can't back down with qualifying yourself as a switch in my opinion.
