I have trouble sexualizing the interaction and a lot of it comes from my belief that if you’re meeting up from Tinder it is implied that you’re both looking for sex.
How important is it to establish a sexual vibe? Isn’t there an underlying assumption that if you meet up through Tinder it is for sex? Wouldn’t you just want to get her to meet up so you can escalate sexually in person? Or more than “establishing the sexual frame” is it more to for making her horny so it is easier for her to agree to come over?

you don’t need to go sexual, its not necessary. Although, personally I like to at least hint at it so as to screen out the hard core prudes.
The one thing that is more necessary is investment. You want the girl to invest in some way so as to maximize compliance and minimize flaking/ghosting

Not really. All the of girls on any dating app are a mixture of dtf, normal and relationship looking. This would apply if you have a high SMV and it's quite implied that she's dtf. But if she isn't, you'd have to do some vibing over text and also make sure your conversations are not boring and also you sexualize subtly or hardcore depending on the girl.
