Ratings in order (General ratings since I dont know exactly what the girl said)
1 = Good
2 = Bad (most cases)
3 = Don't get it so unless its a re to a specific kind of text i'd assume girls would get confused by it
4 = Good
5 = Funny lol
And its best to bring attention to one word responses but I wont lie and say its easy a lot of the time. You often have near zero too work with so unless you can read minds its just a numbers game.

Could be a lot better. Very generic msg and these girls are fickle. Text game is a very dynamic thing it changes all the time. I LOVE alex no homo but the thing is alex's info becomes useless if you only rely on what he specifically says and the style. It will get you places but it eventually ends and then you have to pick up the creativvity slack.
I would have said "Don't flatter yourself, its gonna be a lot harder for you to find a clever guy" [Balsy]
or
"That will either be the first or last time I make you scream" [Balsy and dynamic]
or (if you wanna play it save)
"I try. I've been practicing for you Shrug emoji to add flavor"
