Thanks for letting me know Ryan. I override this by always saying I’m working out to my matches when they ask what I’m doing and send photos working out. All I have to do is make it look like I’m putting an effort into my flaw and suddenly it’s not a concern or issue
But are you? A modest calorie deficit can get you 1lb loss a week.
It sounds like you are still getting matches which is good. Thought I'd encourage you to go one step further.
