Not to sure how to continue. I got super busy with work and could reply to her. I’m not sure if being super late (2days) will effect much. What are some ways I can continue? I want to go the more flirty and sexual route, building comfort and then going into logistics. But building comfort and being flirty I have 0 skill at. All help appreciated

So I am currently out of the city (work trip) for 2 weeks. How do you set something up 2 weeks in advance.

Hmm can be tricky. Well if Wednesday is truly her only day off then maybe it works in her favor for y'all to schedule 2 weeks in advance anyway since she probably values that day and is rather busy in general. I would recommend making the plans concrete though. Be specific about the day, time, location, etc. so you decrease the chance of a flake.
I would let her know you're out of town on business for the next 2 weeks but that you can do the earliest Wednesday that you get back.
After you hard close, a few days/1 week later you can reach out and have a brief/flirty conversation to keep the lead warm. Maybe towards the end of the conversation "Look forward to seeing you" (subtle reminder)
Then 1-2 days prior to the date, reach out for confirmation. Ask if she's still good for Wednesday night.
Then the morning of the date, I would reach out with something subtle. Like a photo of the wine bottle with a text saying something like "Got us some insert wine name for tonight"
