Lol again, the text game here's terrible. In the beginning, she's more or less down and definitely was not "taking the piss".
It started going downhill when you were setting up the date initially. She really clearly said that weekends are better. If you could not for any reason this weekend a text like "Unfortunately, this weekend is crazy packed for me. Can you do any weekdays?" would've been the way to go not just randomly picking Sunday and then insisting she make it work.
Also, you come off like a dick at several instances (no offense). This will turn the majority of girls off. In addition, stop calling random call chicks. If you want to get her on the phone, then be a bit more strategic about it, and follow the same principles I talk about for setting up a date ( a phone call is also really not necessary nowadays).
Lastly, never ever bring up anything violence related. You don't want to put negative images in her head. Whether it's about a pigeon dying or stalking. There's absolutely zero reason to ever go there.
