2 is your best pic. I would definitely make that your main. Your first one can work if you brighten it up so that you are more visible. Your fourth one is okay, you can give that one a shot as well. The other two I would delete and replace with new ones.
In the bio, get rid of "Indian". Most chicks have negative associations with Indian men, if they ask you can tell them. But no sense in just putting it on your bio
No. Here's why. First one: not looking at camera, just not a great image. Second one: you're wearing sunglasses, avoid that. You're standing with 5 dudes and unless you're obviously the tallest and most attractive dude, why do that to yourself? And both images have the "which of these dudes is actually Gurpal?" problem

I humbly agree except that I don't think pic #1 can be saved by fiddling with the brightness.
Honestly you've got the right idea with #2 so re-take it with a better background and your shoulders more level
