dude ive been to columbia many times. ANd columbian girls are just as dtf if not more than girls in US. If you dont believe me just go thru the lay reports on the page. I have dozens to my travels to madia and mogata, the only difference between girls in columbia and girls in america is that they are more implicit to hookups meaning instead of saying "come over so we can have some fun" instead youd say "come over so we can have some wine"
In terms of this specific situation. I am not so sure why you are stuck on the tacos. Ive talked about this many times. For dates you wannna do wine at your house or a bar near by. Doing food dates is suboptimal. Also, i dont this girl is deliberately trying to waste your time. in all likley hood she is busy and probably still trying to decide about you. Your just going to have be patient and persistent. Wait a few days and if you dont hear from her then you could say "I have a better idea..."

Idk man, kinda sus. I hate when they bring up stuff like this because they might me just be stringing you along and you can't find out until you've already wasted your time.

dude lol. Your attitude is way off. She's not trying to string you along she's just being honest and expressing what's going on in her life. Secondly, your talking about wasting time, but that's sorta what your doing with your texting here. All yoiu need to say was "Splitting a bottle wine on my romantic balcony. That's just what the Dr ordered ;)". Simple and straightforward, no need to do all this gamey stuff and waste your own time.
