Ok, this is great advice Alex, thank you so much! I plan on buying the PWF. Is there value in finding good mentors and a "tribe" of people in the community. I am finding it hard to find wings here. and dont know if all wings relatively the same or not.
@IndianPE would also love your insight into my original comment as I am a minority as well.

Yes man, there is definitely value in surrounding yourself with other people, who have the same goals as you. I have worked quite hard to make PWF a positive environment, where bitching, excuse making, and negativity is discouraged. There are a few other groups who were able to accomplish this as well. The PWF mastermind is particularly a good example of this
Great wings are awesome, just gotta make sure that they contribute value and know the rules of good wingmanship
