Not really. I just think "where is this person coming from " and how can I most effectively get them to where I want them to be. It is important not to overthink this stuff. Really if you just focus on getting the basics right you will be ahead of 90% of the curve.

Yes. A lot of em actually. But also depends what stage of the interaction I'm at. If the interaction is at the logistics point, "What are her emotional concerns?" "What's she really saying when she sent that text?" "Can I suggest a straight to house date?"
If it's in the more initial stages, I think "Does she see enough value in me?" "If not, how can I build value?" "What would she respond to in terms of this?" "Will she understand this witty line?" "How is she perceiving me?" etc. The list goes on...
