I've been only swiping casually for 3 years (personal difficulties, couldn't date) and have not talked to almost all of my matches. I'm sure it has affected my ELO score quite a lot. Should I try messaging them now, or should I delete and restart my account?

I don't mind deleting but I heard they will just give you your old ELO score unless you wait for 3 months before restarting or maybe even getting shadowbanned. Any truth to this?

Nah I don’t think so. Just use a different number
