Thanks for the input but I want to meet her in public first or ask her if her place is an option because it’s what I’m the most comfortable in doing rn. Any feedback for this from you is appreciated

It's not the type of woman that's going to go on a public date, she just said she's searching for a fuck buddy. Ask her "Let's plan something then. When are you free?"
And after you got the time and date planned, ask her "Can we meet at your place ? There's construction work in mine"
If she says yes, tell her "Cool, here's my #, send me the addy" and if she says no to going to her place, tell her "Then let's meet for coffee outside... That way if you're a complete nutbag I can runaway. I'll send you the location, what's your #?"
