We matched on tinder and I got her number. I went for the soft close but she brushed it off. Basically I think when she asked for my insta, she’s not 100% sure of my pictures on tinder and need more reassurance. Anyways I’m thinking of leaving the msg as is and Reengage in 2 days with “Hey stranger” or “Hey you”. But if she initiate before that then continue convo and set up a date. What are your thoughts on how I should proceed?

Stop being a wuss and be direct. Say "Hey, when are you free for a cup of coffee and a stimulating conversation?"
Btw, you should see if she's comfortable being on the phone with you before setting up a date... That way, you can tell if she'll be flakey or not. Once you got her on the phone, get to know her, make her laugh, and make a definite date (call should last 5 to 15 mins max).

Good suggestion I’ll take that phone call into consideration. In response to going straight into “when are you free for...” that’s something I’d say after a soft close such as “We should get together sometime” or like I did in my msg, “I’ve prepared a bottle of wine for us when you get back”

Why do you soft close if you have her number?
She even texted your number when you gave it out.If she didn't want to see you, she'd just not have texted you.
Stop soft closing because beating around the bush is going to turn her off. You'll look undecisive and unconfident.
Just tell her directly that you want to take her out, that's what she freakin wants.
