That might be your problem. None of the girls I've had over the phone flaked on me... Calling enables you to:
1.Assess if she's serious about moving things forward and has enough courage to get on the phone
2.Create a stronger bond and establish a higher level of trust.
Next time you get a girl to switch from whatever app to WhatsApp, ask her "are you available if I call you now" and see if she bites
