you went into to her texting buddy when she went on her trip, should've left it alone, and at most texted her with "bring me back a souvenir" You also need to let those messages simmer when she's saying weird shit to you like "my brother" or demanding you link her to your podcast (your reply should've been "say please" fyi). Stacking more texts on top of her weird comment before she can respond just defeats the purpose of questioning her. A lot of comfort and commonality have been made being her text buddy but no attraction...okay, I kept reading and did see where you started to sexualize but she was still on her trip, you should only sexualize when you can meet the girl that same night or the next night tops. All in all, you're in the text buddy frame, she's talking to you like one of her gay friends. In this situation, double text "ever been" on the top golf thing, get her out to that place, and build as much sexual tension as possible on the date. Being close to her on the date, talking slower and in a deeper register, holding her hand as you talk to her, and eventually going for the kiss not at the end of the date but about in the middle. Be sure to hug her when you see her and lead her a bit to where ever it is you'll be by putting your hand on the small of her back to guide her. Basically, you've overdone the comfort work to the point of putting yourself in the friend zone, one this date you're gonna have to build attraction and maintain the frame that you're going to sleep with her, already have a plan in mind on how you plan to get her somewhere where sex can happen and the excuse to get her there, can be something like giving her a massage to soothe her aching buddy after all the travels she's been on
