Hey guys, so I'm from the UK and I've been talking to this girl who is from Canada, but will be moving to the UK later this month. We've been talking for a while, I tried to arrange a meet up with her, but she basically cancelled at the last min. At this point, I'd normally ignore the girl and move on, but I thought I'd give Alex's techniques a try in order to start talking to her again and then arrange another meet up soon, but she doesn't get what I'm saying when I'm using Alex's lines and now I don't know what to say next. Can someone help?! I've attached the screenshots of our convo below.

She never acknowledged your plan for 8 that night, probably missed it in the message. When you next mention it she said she already has plans - probably legitimate. Using a takeaway there was not the right call, you should have just rescheduled.
Say something like "I misunderstood. Good, I like a confident girl" and fill in the rest

Probably need to get her investing again. Tell her how your weeks been and some fun stuff you've done, acting like she had asked. Work things out from there
