First don’t jump on any meetup invite she throws your way. Fuck movie dates lol. I would have said “Cinema? Lol”
Then she would have been like “haha what”
And then you could have reframed. “Let’s split a bottle of wine instead. We can watch a movie maybe”
Also, I’m not a fan of your takeaway at the end. That can be much better phrased as “look if you’re not into this. Just lmk and I can stop trying”
