yea....im just getting older and my life is really boring. i cant seem to build a friend group or to even have 1 real friend. how do you donthis at this age? i not hanging out with any loser to get high im too old for that so what do i do at this age? how do i build relationship that are meaningful? im truly trying to change and i need help from u guys like what do i do?  no im in my 30s and have my own property good career and my mind right and no drug but will party lol but i dont even know how tonget in sence without looking like an old guy. tbh i think i have social anxiety but when comfortable im fine. so im hoping maybe if you guys know a therapist or something maybe hypnotherapist, I don't know what do you guys do?
