Why is Hinge trolling me? Lol
I’m a man and I made a new Hinge account a week ago after deleting my old one.
First day I was being shown typical women to swipe on. A nice mix. But mainly hotties.
Every day since then, Hinge has only been showing me overweight, disabled or trans women. Eventually the app ends up showing me men!
Nothing against those people obviously and I know this post may come across as dick-ish. But what’s going on? Why is the app not showing me anyone even semi-attractive?

Not enough users I live in a fairly large American city and there were about 20 female users in the city. Now I match with hotties regularly but they're 80 miles away. I think hinge has to be a LA/NY or similarly huge city thing. It's a pity, I love the way the app is set up.

I'll bet it grows bigger. These apps have a time in the spotlight and a shelf life. Best move is to keep calm and wait for the golden era of hinge

I got this issue as well. First day was good after that the quality dropped substantially.

Holy shit, I used to have this before I made my profile decent. This is just a guess, but it may be possible that if your profile is really bad or has a bad "score", hinge will only show you profiles of the same calibre.
