Went on a great first date. Dinner and drinks and made out passionately after. Was trying to setup the second date but she hasn’t responded yet. She made a lot of hints at the second date during the first. Should I double text (if so with what?) or wait for a response? Appreciate all of you. (see texts attached)

Always wait at least 2 days before double texting, you are just having small talk here, stop that and move to the actual date or she loses interest.

your response to what are you up to today was pretty bad. All you needed to do was say something like Crushing practice then making a dinner (or grabbing a bite with a buddy if you are in school).
Then you should have just asked her about a date plan.
one thing I would recommend is if you like a chic in a first date, then talk about a plan for the second date towards the end of the first date and make plans then when she is in person. That will eliminate a lot of this texting mess.
All you need to say in the second half of the date is "have you been to (insert name of place) yet? It's amazing we should go there next week."
Or you could have a hook for something at your place. I like use cooking or desert (you can also use this to pull the same night if you are out. examples would be
"You a fan of chocolate mousse? I make the best chocolate mousse in (insert your region). We should split a bottle of wine and some desert next week at my place."
Or it can be something more simple like "Have you seen (insert funny tv show)? Oh you have to, well split a bottle of wine next week and watch it. when you free?"
stuff like that can work really well assuming she is having a good time. You can also make it easier to lock in a date while in front of her or just soft close for the 2nd date and then hard close over text with your follow up if you don't pull that night.
Also just keep in mind you can use any of these sequences to pull the same night which is what you should be trying to do."
