When she said her day was boring, you should have said
"It's been alright! Sounds like we should change that for you"
also I would've said "All work, no play?" instead of your last message.

It seems ok until the last message, which kind of sounds like admitting defeat. Maybe could've said "breaking my heart" or "cool, we'll set something up soon" to at least show you're still interested.
