I used to have this manager who for three and a half years i would on and off flirt with a work. Ive smacked her ass multiple times and talk about sexual topics. Never made a move because as dumb as it sounds I dont have a car and out here where I live its a big deal.

Last December i got fired and deleted everyones number from that job. Last week she tells my boy to tell me, that she says hi. I told him to ask her on my behalf for her number and a hour later he sent it to me.

As of right now shes ghosting me, but I just want to know where I went wrong. I didnt ask her hows shes doing or anything because i was trying to rush compliance and also felt that since we pretty much know each other already I didnt have to do that. I was wrong im a fool please anyone give me feedback. All advice is welcome.
