There is definitely many ways you can go about accomplishing this . Personally, I do it by being very unfiltered . If a raunchy comment or joke floats through my mind, I will say it, where as most people won't . This makes a conversion with me by default a lot more exciting on average . Another big thing I would utilize is tension. Once you learn how to do it correctly, it can be very powerful. So, right from the start I will maintain very strong eye contact . Then, throughout the conversation, if the girl says something that I want her to question , I will leave few seconds of silence before replying, Those few silent seconds can create very strong tension. The key though, is to not create more tension then she can handle at any given moment. Basically, pressure on and pressure off. Few seconds of intense silence, followed up by a smirk and a little humor .

Personally, I would just find someone with good reviews on Fiveer and send them the photos you want photo-shopped. This will save you a lot of annoying work.
However, I will say it can be a bit tricky to make these kinds of pics look realistic. A better bet might be finding a musician who looks like you and where the picture is zoomed out or from the back.

Generally, the rule is that you want to more or less match a girl's response time. So, if she is taking 20 minutes between messages you don't want to be responding every minute.

A big part of it depends on what kind of job you have and how much you care about the possibility of repercussions ( i.e. is it a temp job or a company where you want to raise in the corporate ladder) . Generally, I would play it more cool and not be overtly sexual. Build a good vibe with the girl that you like then, suggest that the two of you should go out for drinks sometimes soon and grab her number. You can be a bit flirty over text, but don't be overtly sexual. Just get her out where the two of you outside the work than you can escalate in person.

I would just text her my name and the winky face then, see how she responds. Sometimes, we think a girl is not that interested when in reality she is, but just shy.Of course, the opposite happens as well.
