My account was banned yesterday (without explanation). This was after a few days of having two other people logged into my account and messaging on my behalf (a gig I found on fiverr.com). I wasn't able to keep up with both hinge and tinder messaging at the same time, which is why I tried this outsourcing of tinder messaging.

Is anyone aware if this violates Tinder's Terms of Use or other policies (I didn't think it did, but am reviewing more thoroughly now)? Is there any advice on how to get reactivated? Thanks.
