Having looked at many of the videos, I get a sense that this emphasizes the aggressive, dominant kind of male vibe when showing people how to craft profiles and talk to women on these apps. That's fine and all, but what if that just isn't your own style, or doesn't mesh well with it really? I'm interested in learning how to bring out my own self in this, not just making a profile representing someone who I'm not simply to get laid. And it's not like I can change my personality overnight from being an introverted, intellectual slightly geeky dude to being some alpha bro dude like Alex. I have a feeling I could try it but ultimately it wouldn't be convincing and they'd find out I'm faking at some point in the process... Or is that really the only thing that works on Tinder (or at least works the easiest)? The kind of women I'm into aren't necessarily the cookie-cutter hot model types that many dudes are into.

no, "alpha bros" are not the only ones who get laid on tinder. WHat you wanna do is emphasize the parts of your personality that are high value and down play the ones who are not. Think of your profile and texting, like a marketing pitch. It should be appealing and interesting to the viewer.

Try to find a balance of pushing yourself out of your comfort zone while staying true to yourself. You're not meant to copy 100% of Alex's style. Try stuff out and if it's not working for you, then drop it, but you won't know without testing yourself first. Then take the bits you like and integrate it into your own style.

You're right. In the process of testing things out though, your profile can take hits and those damn algorithms then mess with you, but I guess that's part of the game. But yeah I'll see if I can try to strike that balance between kinda goofy and wittily self-deprecating vs more traditionally masculine and suave. Identifying high value isn't the easiest thing though.
