I would get rid of the one with you sitting down.

The pictures look quite posed unfortunately. Take a look at my IG for examples I use @siralexz. Post more options in the comments

I'd scrap them all except the headshot where you're smiling.

Your photos are posed, and your fashion could be better in almost all your photos.

Try to find some photos of models, and practice how they pose in the mirror. That should give you some guidance. here are some good examples of good profiles from fellow pwf members that you can use for inspiration for style, poses, and location.
