3 is pretty decent. The others I would scrap. Do you have other options? Also, what results are you getting with these pictures?

I like the #3 more in this bunch so I would go with that. This gives you 1 solid photo. I recommend getting a buddy to take some photos of you. Keep the beard as I think it definitely helps. Take a look at my IG siralexz for ideas if you're feeling stuck on what to do
