I have a problem where if I don’t get 8 hours of sleep, I cannot function at work the next day. It’s a problem for Nightgame because you basically need to stay up and have lots of energy into the night.
I also have a sore back and ankles if I do both game and work in the same day.
My goals are

To decrease my sleep to 5-6hrs a night

To decrease body aches and pains

Lol. I think those two are sorta mutually exclusive. 5-6 hours is nearly not enough. A much better solution would be to find a more sustainable lifestyle. I've never been a fan of doing these long nightgame sessions anyway. Go out for 1-2 hours. Get a bunch of phone numbers and then set up dates earlier in the evening. Combine that with talking to girls while you go about your day and online game. And you should have more than enough girls. Going out all night is going to be both physically and emotionally draining in my opinion
