I’ve been using simple heys, hola mami if she’s Latina, and using the hey trouble every now and then
Hey trouble gets a response at lease 50 percent for me, iv never personally used hola mami yet.

A lot of girls mention how much they can't stand the "hey" opener. I think you can do better. Strangely enough "Hey Trouble" does seem to work well for me. Over 50%.

try making a comment on one of her pictures. Like asking her about her pet(s) or tattoos
I also have used "I like your selfie collection (with same symbol as I like your style)" Or I will combine "Hey Trouble, I like your selfie collection." Or Hey trouble, I like your style".
Those work reasonably well.
I also like nitin's "You're changing stereotypes for me (insert girls name)..." when they are wearing a hat (winter or ball cap"
then when they say some version of "what do you mean?" or "why's that". I hit them with "girls in hats, never been into them before."
I find this one works particularly well since you're not calling a neg on her body features just her hat.
