I live in Canada and at the moment there's snow outside so going to a beach, lake, or outdoor swimming pool isn't an option. Alex's shirtless pic shows definition as I remember saying he's 170-175lbs at 5'11. Does size and definition have equal weight in determining physique? I assume it's still natural to do a shirtless mirror selfie after a workout in the context that I'm liking the pump.
main value in shirtless pics is abs in my experience. That is what the research shows too.
But yeah I wouldn't make it the main pic personally unless goal is to screen.

If you're 6'0, would you say 195lbs 12% body fat or 175lbs 8% body fat works better? I remember in a video where Alex said that the former is slightly more attractive.

Id say im closer to 165. Even so, after a good pump, I can look pretty jacked. It is ok to do in indoors, like a selfie after a shower-- just get a good pump beforehand and have good lighting
