i am Overweight, how long should i wait before I get professional pictures done?
Hello all! Been watching PWF content as well as other pua content for a bit (started RSD content then switched to more practical shit). The bare bones of my struggles are pretty deep rooted but I go to therapy for that stuff- for this fourm I really just have one concern: my weight. I am currently about 6 feet tall and 270 pounds. I started 2022 at 300 lbs. Been very down for a while about dating. I over-analyzed the shit out of interactions with girls. To say the least my cold approach is awful so i will need to work on this for sure.
I have a 4 lay count and only was able to match with fat chicks and one girl with autism (had huge tits and was skinny) The only good photos of me were some that a photographer took of me but my facial hair was sloppy and my clothes were baggy and didn't fit me well(examples). Looking for some general feedback on the new photos that I will be getting. That also leads me to my next question: what's the bare bones truth of my SMV? Granted i am 30 lbs lighter and i am starting to hit the gym, my confidence here is very limited so if anyone can give me direction id love that.
Should I wait another 20-30 lbs before I spend the money to get pictures? Or will the style, facial hair and other slights gains be enough(could also be my facial expressions and other things). the most recent photo is me on a rooftop bar about 2.5 months ago. Honesty would help here. thanks all. -Kyle F

Dude, you have a solvable problem, it'll take a lot of hard work and patience but you have the potential to look like Jason fuckin Momoa. Get one of Mindpump's programs and use code JUNE50 to get 50% off. I'm in no way affiliated with them but they know their stuff and they get results. I've also been into the fitness industry in one way or another for the past 17 years. AthleanX in YouTube is great as well, and Thomas DeLauer teaches a bunch of stuff about keto and fat loss.
If I was you, I'd start experimenting with SOME gym pictures; not to show off, but to show progress. It'll be an amazing story to tell, and show others, about your transformation. As for your current pictures, I'd definitely delete the very first one (the one where you look serious). If you look serious and make eye contact with the camera, it telegraphs "danger: rapist / psycho / murderer" to women. That's why you smile at the camera, look serious when looking away.
much obliged sir. Should I be shaving off the facial hair I have or trim?

I'd straight up ask known females what they think about you having a beard or not. In my opinion, you're better off either having a full beard, or completely shaven; none of that stuff in the middle. Definitely keep it well-groomed. If your beard and mustache only grow as "patchy" or "thin", you're probably better off completely shaven. But I'm not into men, or men with beards, or into women with beards, so take my opinion with a heavy dose of salt lol.

Well. That really depends on how your weight loss goes. I think if you're pretty serious about it and take a multifaceted approach, that you could be good to go. More or less in 3-4 months. When I say multifaceted, I specifically mean
One thing I can tell you for sure is losing weight is a lot faster than gaining weight

ALEX Thanks man. I will say that I am starting to weight lift now, I eat a paleo diet, I eat 2300 cals a day more or less(one day a week is typically higher) I’m not sure what Peptides are I’m guessing essentially aminos and I’m not huge on fasting but wouldn’t be opposed to it. I will post an update on the progress and will probably ask my photographer I need to push out my shoot a bit. I just don’t want to get pictures And then feel I could’ve looked way better three months later. Appreciate the advice
