I’m pretty new to this but what I’m getting is a general idea that there a certain way points you want to hit along the way. First one is the opener such as hey trouble. Next one you could transition into something like are you from ____? Or what are you looking for on here?

Basically it’s like a loose skeleton onhow to move things forward. I’m still a beginner at this stuff so I hope that helps
