I started messaging this girl.
I think my openers are usually good but I struggle with following up and continuing. I often get in my head trying to give the best response. How do I follow up and keep the banter going to ultimately get the meetup/ number?
Not really sure what to respond or how to love this forward.
Any advice or critique is appreciated.

Instead of the last two messages I would have said something like,
Depends how good your sarcasm is
Guess we'll have to find out on our date
This qualifies her on her conversational skill and also leads into setting up a meetup. The goal is always to set a meetup, with the banter being a tool
And talking about matching masks and shirts was a good way to start a convo but bringing it back to that kills the vibe imo. Like what is she gona respond to that?

Appreciate the feedback. I often forget that I am there to qualify them as much as they qualify me. As Alex says, have a buyer mindset.
