Hey guys first post here, Alex in case you read this thanks for all the times I've gotten laid because of you.

Anyway so got this girl at my place at the same day of texting and all seemed to be going well, she shows up looking hotter than in her pictures which is always a nice surprise, got her a drink we have some normal chit chat until she felt a bit comfortable and I escalate. After a minute of kissing she pulls back saying sorry in an overwhelming tone, I ask what's wrong she says she's ​thinking of her breakup. I try to get her to relax changing the subject, talk about our sharing struggles moving in (we're both new immigrants in a foreign country) and start giving her a massage to help her chill. She says she likes it so I grab the massage oil and say you can relax I give great relaxing massages, she didn't like that idea (I mean hey I tried).

I tell her we can take slower if you want and she initially says yes but after a bit says I think I should go. I say ok and she kept saying sorry I feel bad for ruining your time etc, I tell her it's okay and kept talking to not make things awkward, she did the same asking me some boring crap about my work, we have some banter at the door, even managed to make her laugh quite a bit and get a "you're a very chill guy and a good person. I can just tell" with some light in her eyes but honestly I felt like she had made up her mind about tonight so just opened the door and let her go with a "take care".

Now I've never been in this situation before, every time I've managed to get a girl home we ended up fucking (with one exception years ago but turns out she was virgin and got in a relationship with her later).

So advice, do I give up since there isn't much investment on her part to ever come back or do I text tomorrow with something non-gamey? We live we learn. Thanks in advance.
