Been seeing a girl for a while. We've been on multiple dates, she calls me, gave me her second number, and seems comfortable around me in person.

The issue is she keeps cancelling plans and is very inconsistent over text. Sometimes she's really engaged, other times she'll disappear for hours or a day.

Does this sound like someone who's interested but inconsistent, or am I getting taken for granted?

Yesterday she cancelled plans and then texted me a bunch of stuff we talked for a while then she just never responded and it's been a day.

We'll my last text wasn't something that she had to respond tbh, should I ask again like tell me when can u meet this week or something ?
