When she writes "Red wine" "Only" is she trying subtly to be just a small micro piece of a brat ? Should I address something ? Or just move things foreward ? Seems to fast no ? I should screen her more right ?

"Let's split a bottle of red wine on my romatic solarium then"

And my solarium is far from romantic, its in front of my backyard ,in front of my neighboors, they could easily eavesdrop...honestly I don't care

Should I go somewhere else with this

You're overthinking this man. First off, no she's just telling you that she likes red wine, not white wine. Don't read into it more then that. I would just follow up with "Alright, let's split a bottle of red sometime soon then" Secondly, balcony sounds better then solarium. So I'd recommend just saying that. Don't worry about now having one, very few girls will actually give a shit.
