long story short, i banged this IG model i met through a friend a couple of times in march last year. after the second time where i had some ED and also said some weird stuff, she wasn’t as keen to see me again. then i told her i got an sti and soon after that would take weeks to reply and give negative replies.

in july 2025, i swiped up on one of her stories asking a question “what’s that for” or something (the photo was red light therapy. she saw it but didn’t open it and then a few weeks ago finally replied. i saw a few days later that she was flying back to my city to finish college. so i figured she went out of her way to reach back out to me, which meant she was opening the door to us seeing each other again.

i didn’t see it for a few days so i just liked it while i waited to see what to do. i thought id wait to see if she was actually moving back in and reply to one of those and see what she did.

tried starting a convo to vibe a bit an get her to invest more, but i think i have to just push it along and ask her out pretty quickly since she doesn’t seem to want to text much.

anyways, do i just say “ah 2026, where a like counts as a response”

or just keep pushing and say “how long are you back for” then “we’ve gotta make it count then ;)” or “cool, we should catch up soon”
