The start was too much you could have said. "Nice and sweaty, just got back from a killer run" How's your evening going? What I like about this is that it creates images in the girls mind about you, but not too try hard and something a normal guy would say.
With the siblings you could have kinda poked her for being wholesome "Ahh what a wholesome girl you are" and then based on what she responds if she says "yea or something like that" you could say, "I hope you also have a bit of a wild side 😏" and see what she says. It's good because you are putting the sexual focus on her and building it up slowly.
Asking about the monopoly wasn't great because it was moving away from topics you want to be talking about like sexual stuff, us mentality, banter, etc... Fortunately she did give you some good answers and asked you about yourself which is great.
Your bio is kinda funny and different, I'm assuming its human sexuality? Its hard to tell but I'm glad she likes it.
The oral thing was definitely a bad move, its too vulgar of a word. Also its way too sexual based on what you were talking about before. Its better to talk about things like trouble, wild, kinky, or just hinting at stuff.
I might have said something like "that among other things 😉" she might say like "what" and then you say something like "I'll tell you all about it on our first date" (You didn't qualify her that much, but still based on her responsiveness and the length of the conversation I think it would be an appropriate move"
