I'm have a dilemma I'm trying to set dates straight to an air BNB for Thursday night but most of the free cancellations are a day before at 3pm Wednesday

How do I make sure I have a for sure amount of chicks set up for that Thursday because I've set like 10 chicks and they' all flaked I don't want to waste money on cancelations what can I do

To minimize this and make sure I have chicks coming do I confirm forsure on Wednesday morning or ?
