Tinder will not let me delete my account. It always says "failed to delete account" It also keeps giving me the same girls when I swipe. I'll swipe. Exit out of the app. Then come back and the same girls will appear. Essentially tinder is useless to me. What now?

gotcha man, im quite familiar with that area and yes you should be seeing way more girls than that. I think your best bet is to get a google voice number and make a new account and see if it keeps happeneing

I tried the Google voice number and it didn't work. So would getting an entirely new phone number be the only option? Would I need to use a new phone and pictures as well? I don't know if they save the metadata/photo recognition from pics.

You'd definitely need a new phone if the google voice number didn't work. And you can use the same pictures but you'd have to crop/resize them a bit so you can throw off the algorithm. You can easily buy a cheap used iphone from ebay and make this work with a prepaid number
