Joining PWF really showed me how terrible I actually am at this online dating thing.. My biggest problems are getting investment, showing value and move the conversation forward in a man to woman way. Either it’s really lame and platonic or I lose their interest. Here’s a little example of what happens pretty often. Translation: Me: the infamous “hey trouble” Girl: “Hey, trouble why haha?” Me: “I can see it in your eyes” Girl: “Hahah” Me: trying a spreadsheet opener “I don’t usually give compliments when I just meet people, but I can tell you have a great taste in men” Girl: “😑😑😑” Me: not knowing what to do “See, that’s the look in your eyes I was talking about😏” I actually know the last response was weak as fuck, but simply didn’t have an idea how to move forward. How could I moved this convo better in general? Tend to either struggle to get some enthusiasm or when a girl actually shows some enthusiasm I always find a way to kill it. Read the posts about flirting and banter and get the concept, but actually applying it fails every single time. Let me know what you guys think!

Hmm there shouldn’t be that much of a difference between the two man. Real life and online are not that dufferent. And pretty much every guy who I’ve ever met who does good with real life was able to pick up online super quickly

Goes a lot smoother. I feel like most of the time I already build a confident frame there, making my text game more congruent and easier. Maybe because of that I can also get away with a bit more “mistakes”.
Starting from “scratch” online I struggle with DHV’ing enough for her to invest in the conversation. Not knowing how to DHV smoothly I may be using too much out of context stuff from other people.
In person I vibe and tease a bit more sub-communicative. Then I can manage to keep them interested enough to meet up. Also using snapchat and things like that, not a lot of simply texting. Just enough for most.
May be a bit too much self analyzing, but that’s what I put together in my mind

You can use pretty much the same approach with online as you do in those situations. Just assume value. The only difference is that you don’t have call back humor you can use, bit other then that it shouldn’t be that much different man. Lmk if this helps
